Humidity Measurement - From the Sensing Element to the Humidity Transmitter

In the pharmaceutical industry, it is crucial to use measurement technologies that are both long-term stable and highly accurate.

The pharmaceutical industry sets high standards in the monitoring of critical production processes, especially with regard to the continuous monitoring of the working environment within defined limits. Many drugs have to be manufactured in very clean, sometimes even sterile environments. This takes place in dedicated GMP class A or B facilities.

Different systems are used depending on the requirements with regard to product and/or personal protection. Particular attention is paid to long-term stable and fail-safe measuring sensors, which often have to be equipped with traceable calibration certificates for qualification and validation purposes.

E+E Elektronik can provide such certificates in the accredited laboratory together with the delivery of its sensors.
